I cant get a appointment anymore with any of the doctors who I like and trust and diagnose and who know my health history. Since this system came in to force, I have to see the doctor im registered with. I wouldn't mind but I didn't ask for registration with this doctor, mine left the surgery!

It took 4 days to get an appointment. I phoned numerous times on days 1-3 but it was continuously engaged. I came into the surgery on day 4 and my doctor called me later that day. I missed that call, had to call the surgery again and finally spoke to my doctor at about 4 pm on 4 th day. Friends and family have had similar experience. The new "improvement" systen does.

I went in today to see Dr Pillai. After a 45 minute wait I left as I felt more ill waiting. I have been going to this medical centre for 15 years and I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes. The 'new and improved' system certainly isn't improving anything. 3 people went into see other doctors during my wait who came after me. I told the receptionists that I didn't care which doctor I saw but that I needed to see one. She said Dr Pillai had to take an emergency which I think is highly unlikely and if true why weren't they sent to A&E? The boy who went In before me was making jokes so I find this unlikely. Not only did I not receive great care today I did not receive any.

Whoever I see at this Practice is always efficient and kind.

I've been a patient for the past 18 years and had a number of medical issues which have been constructively and helpfully dealt with. I am of an enquiring nature and need clear explanations, these have always been addressed. The practice nurses are efficient and sympathetic. The added bonas is the very helpful and charming reception team. I can't find any fault with this practice.
